Frequently asked questions.
What is your Cancellation and No Show Policy?
Cancellations with 24 hours or less notice will be charged 50% the session rate.
No shows will be charged the full rate of the session time.
Clients with an unpaid balance for a No Show or Late Cancellation will only be able book further treatment once that is resolved.
What is your protocol for health and hygiene?
If you are feeling unwell, we kindly request that you prioritize your health and stay home. You can reschedule your session for a more suitable time.
We understand that unexpected health issues may arise. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice due to health problems, we will apply the majority of your Late Cancellation fee to your next visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Our therapist, Sarah, adheres to strict hygiene protocols.
While masks are not required during the session, they are available upon request for your comfort and peace of mind.
If you have any specific health concerns or requirements, please feel free to discuss them with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you treat clients under 18 years old?
For clients under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present onsite throughout the session.
For minor clients aged 16 years or younger, the parent or guardian may sit in the treatment room during the session for added comfort and reassurance.
Please note that currently, we do not provide massage services to pediatric clients under the age of 6.
